Courtney is one of the most experienced members of our #AJStateFarm Agency team. She brings a wealth of State Farm experience through her journey with our office. Courtney's primary focus in our agency is to provide policy and coverage insight to new and existing policyholders. Courtney is the main contact in our office to conduct "Customer Check-Ins" reviews and assist with policy related changes. She is tremendous with making sure you are empowered through education as she ensures all customers know exactly what options and selections are available to them.
Courtney is a lifelong Columbus resident, and when not at work you can find her spending her free time with her significant other Aaron and son and their loving pets.

Rita Williams
Customer Service Representative
Sharita or "Rita" is an experienced member of our #AJStateFarm team and brings an incredible array of professional experience. Rita has proudly worked in early childhood education both in the classroom and on the leadership side as well. She is most commonly the first person you'll see or speak to in the office and she's excited to get to know you!
Rita primarily assists our policyholders with their policy documentation, billing and claim related correspondence. Additionally in 2024, she will begin working with our newest policyholders as we onboard them to State Farm and our agency. We're excited for her to get to know you and help make sure you have a wonderful experience with our office.
When Rita is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband CJ and (3) children. They are frequently on the move watching her son play sports and involving themselves in their school and church communities.

Grant Brown

Grant is moving into his 3rd year with #AJStateFarm office. He is also currently attending The Ohio State University where he is studying at the Fisher College of Business with a discipline in Insurance. Grant is one of our Branding & Onboard Specialists tasked with making connections in the community through our office contact program, social media and community events. .
When Grant is not introducing new policyholders to State Farm, he is an avid Buckeye football fan who you can find at most games in the fall or spending time with his significant other Maia who is also studying at The Ohio State University.

Racheal Taylor

Racheal is in her first year with #AJStateFarm bringing with her previous State Farm and industry experience. Racheal will primarily be working with existing policyholders helping to assist them with account and policy maintenance items needed. However, since she is new, will be "quick on the draw" with phone reception to catch up with as many policyholders to introduce herself as she can. Her office hours will primarily be in the morning.
When Racheal is not working with our office, she is a strong advocate for early childhood education and devotes a considerable amount of time to making sure kids have the resources they need for success. We're excited to introduce her to all of our #AJStateFarm policyholders!
