"The young lady in the office that I have spoken w many times is always so very sweet and kind. I have had my auto insurance through this agency for 40 years. Nice folks. As a Senior you'd think a real discount would be in order. Especially for loyalty/longevity w the company and a good driving record. Everything is too high. This may be more for Corporate...Consider this. The past 6+ years have taken a toll on so many. It is way past time to help those that help you. Insurance companies are so rich off the backs of people struggling to get by. Just sayin'. Also think of those families that cannot come even close to affording healthcare insurance right now. Many average American families. Lowering rates for car and homeowners insurance would help them. Lead by example. Deregulation of so many things back in the 80s was a real mistake. The 4 stars is for the young lady in the office who is stellar at her job. Also my rate did go down some this past year but that is a first in some time and I am in my 70s."
